Order will be ready in 7-10 business days. Items can be shipped to your home or work-you may select this option at checkout. You will be contacted by email if you choose to pick up your order at the Big Frog store, Shorewood.

CANCELLATIONS: We may be able to cancel your order or make changes before printing - contact us at 815-782-6357 or shorewood@bigfrog.com.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS: Each garment is custom made for you. Take care to select the appropriate size, printed items are not eligible for an exchange or return.

DESIGNS: The online store presents graphical representations of the designs but may differ depending on the size of garment.

SHIPPING: Rates apply for shipping within the United States. Rates for International shipping will be sent via email prior to product printing.
